Herendon Iron Work

I started my art journey in the Cheatham County High School in Ashland City, Tennessee.
I was self taught in almost everything, and I regard that learning by doing is the best way. I liked working with many different art media, but once I took a Metals class, I knew that it would become my tool of expression.

From the very beginning, at the young age of 15, I instinctively knew how to handle the metal, and I needed very little guidance from my teacher. The more I worked with the metal, the more I enjoyed the process. Before I finished the High School, I created eleven rocking chairs, which contributed to my recognition as the most Unique Artist of the graduating class.

I didn’t know how to make a living out of my passion for metal, and for several years I worked at a grocery store and an assembly line. Eventually, the fate brought me back into metal business and I worked for a big name ornamental iron companies.
In 2007 I decided to strike on my own and have never looked back. From the very beginning I made a commitment to warranty my work and do whatever it takes to make my customers happy. The scores of happy customers, referrals and returning customers are my biggest achievement and a great source of my pride.

My goal is to help you with a wide range of metal projects, and go above and beyond your expectations with delivering on or before the due date and to use the highest quality products available. My mission is to delight you with service and quality of my work.  Let me be the metal artist you always call!
